Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to purchases made directly through our website or invoiced by us for educational products, downloadable guides, templates, and paid walking guidance sessions. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, app stores, or resellers are governed by those platforms’ refund rules unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Digital products and licensing
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials as described in the product listing. Because digital goods can be copied instantly, many jurisdictions allow limitations on withdrawal once delivery has begun with your consent.
Where checkout requires you to acknowledge immediate delivery and loss of cooling-off rights for digital content, that acknowledgment is part of your contract with us. If you have not accessed the core downloadable files and you contact us within the window stated at checkout (or within seven days if no window is stated), we may cancel the order and refund in full as a courtesy.
If files were updated after purchase, you are entitled to the updated version for the same SKU where we offer versioned downloads, but that does not automatically create a new refund right.
Bundles, add-ons, and upgrades
If you purchase a bundle at a discounted price, partial refunds may be calculated by allocating the bundle discount across included items unless we specify a different rule at checkout. Add-on purchases are assessed individually. Upgrade pricing, if offered, is non-refundable beyond the standard rules that apply to the underlying product tier you upgraded to.
Gift purchases
If we support gifting, refunds generally go to the original purchaser’s payment method unless required otherwise by law. The recipient may request support access issues, but entitlement changes (such as transferring a license) require our written approval and may not be available for all products.
Rights for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you qualify as a consumer under EU or UK law, you generally have fourteen days to cancel distance contracts without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may end once you request immediate performance and delivery has begun, provided we informed you of that consequence and you gave explicit consent.
If mandatory information was unclear or missing, contact us and we will review your request under applicable regulations. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
United States and other regions
Outside the EU and UK, statutory cooling-off periods vary by state and product type. Where no mandatory period applies, we may offer a discretionary refund within fourteen days of purchase for digital products if you have not materially consumed the materials and you submit a good-faith explanation.
“Material consumption” includes downloading all core modules, attending live components where replay remains available, or receiving customized deliverables prepared specifically for you. We may ask brief questions to confirm eligibility and prevent abuse.
Currencies, taxes, and exchange rates
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Refunds are processed in the same currency and channel where possible. If your bank converts charges, any difference due to exchange rate movement or foreign transaction fees imposed by your institution is outside our control.
Sales, use, VAT, or GST shown at checkout are handled according to the rules of the payment processor and applicable law; adjustments after refund follow processor practice.
Guidance sessions and consulting blocks
For scheduled sessions, you may cancel or reschedule with at least twenty-four hours’ notice for a full refund of the specific session fee or credit toward a future date, according to your confirmation email. Late cancellations within twenty-four hours may incur a fifty percent fee to compensate for reserved calendar time. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or alternative booking without penalty.
Multi-session packages may include partial refunds for unused sessions if you discontinue for reasons outside our control, calculated pro rata minus discounts applied for bundling.
Subscriptions and renewals
If we offer subscription access in the future, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be stated at signup. Unless required by law, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, but you may turn off auto-renewal to avoid future charges.
Technical delivery failures
If a download link fails, files are corrupted, or access credentials do not work due to an error on our side, we will repair delivery at no charge or, if repair is not feasible within five business days, issue a full refund for that product. Please report the issue with screenshots or error messages where helpful.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions. Chargebacks may lead to suspension of access until the dispute is cleared. If a chargeback is found to be abusive or fraudulent, we may decline future sales.
Fraud prevention
We may refuse or delay refunds where we detect patterns consistent with fraud, account sharing contrary to license terms, or repeated refund requests across multiple identities. We will explain the reason at a high level where security allows.
How to request a refund or return of access
Email touch@vythreonvel.world with your full name, order date, payment reference or last four digits of the card, product name, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless impossible, in which case we will propose an alternative.
Timing of refunds
After approval, refunds typically post within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Alternative payment rails, if offered later, will follow the timelines stated at checkout.
Partial refunds and credits
Where appropriate, we may offer account credit instead of a cash refund if you prefer to exchange products of equal value. Unless stated otherwise, credits expire twelve months from issuance.
